Fit Squad Chicago w/adidas + DSG

This summer I made some trips to the Chicago area to help launch Fit Squad Chicago presented by Adidas and Dicks Sporting Goods.  FitSquadChi is a day to celebrate you the versatile female athlete who does it all day in and day out.  It's an opportunity to break a sweat, make a friend and eat/do something that nourishes you inside and out. I was honored to hop on the mic and introduce the day's events- 30 min HIIT yoga flows with Ashley Lawless, smoothies and acai bowls by GRAZE and DIY terrariums by Flowers for Dreams. I left they day feeling so inspired by all the energy the Chi-City ladies brought, can't wait to come back again! Register for the next FitSquadChi on Aug 25 at the Lombard Store here.
